If you’re considering planning a wedding, a winter day wedding is going to be absolutely magical and romantic. And what could be better if it’s your own – imagine that!
Last week we saw the winter wedding season kick start with gorgeous women shunning the stereotypical and trite Pakistani wedding norms and break into a perpetual bliss of memories, fun and laugher. We not only saw fashion meet modern-day minimalism, tradition and culture, but we also caught up with a star-studded affair making style statements with every single move.
We couldn’t stop ogling at these beautiful and happy brides and the way they shone on their big day, so here are some of our favourite bridal looks from last weeks’ wedding kick off!
Donned in a mint green gown from Gaurav Gupta’s collection Scape Song, Alizeh Zafar wore an off shoulder, pearl embellished top which was sophisticatedly draped across her body. Her ensemble was a fusion between a lehnga and a skirt made of jacquard, which was a not-so conventional look, but that set her apart from an average bride’s lehnga choli. Alizeh wore a soft makeup look by Nabila’s and a bun with soft and loose tendrils. To compliment her stunning look, the floral and pearl designed jewels from Javeri Jewelry Company transformed her into a regal looking bride – a bridal look that you don’t get to see every day.
