Burhan Khan has been an avid biker since the mid 1970’s. This passion was passed onto his son Khatab as well. The father-son duo, who otherwise hail from an industrial background, took the strenuous task of travelling from Lahore, Pakistan to Canada and back on their motorcycles for the LUMS National Outreach Programme. They travelled from Lahore to China and then to Mongolia and onto Russia and Siberia, where they crossed the Road of Bones. The Road of Bones is the Mecca of adventure bikers. They shipped their motorcycles from Vladivostok to Washington and then continued their journey through America onto Canada and then travelled back. Burhan Khan is the founder of Lahore Bikers Club, which comprises of adventure biking enthusiasts from various age groups in Pakistan.
