February is the month of literary and art activities in Pakistan. Like every year, with spring, blossoms the festivity of literary arts.
LIBF
This year is starting off with one of the biggest book fairs in Pakistan: 30th Lahore International Book Fair also known as LIBF. From Feb 4th to 8th , Expo Center, Johar Town, Lahore is the destination for all book lovers.
The LIBF Trust was set up in 2006 Zubair Saeed, NajamSethi, Saleem Malik and Mohammad Faisal, the leading members of the book trade in Pakistan.
The aim of the LIBFT, which is a non-profit NGO, is to promote the cause of book publishing, book selling and book reading in the country.
If there is a book that you cannot find elsewhere, chances are you will at the LIBF. We personally save up all year for book shopping and it’s a great place to bump into likeminded literature lovers.
