DHOLAK
To begin the wedding celebrations, Maya Ali set the tone with a deep blue Pishwas made with Korean Raw Silk, that had tilla embroidery on the shirt and pants. And paired it with a banarsi dupatta and viscous churi daar pajama.
QAWALI NIGHT
For Qawali Night, Maya Ali looked ethereal in a flowing Pishwas made from Korean Raw Silk that was adorned with detailed dapka work and the indigenous tilla on the sleeves. The puff sleeves added some old world charm to her over all look, which was paired with an organza dupatta and viscous churi daar pajama.
MAYUN
For her brother’s Mayun, Maya Ali turned back time by flaunting the quintessential and traditional look of the girl-next-door in an olive green Karandi shirt that was paired with a Raw Silk shalwar with detailing of tilla work and net dupatta.
SHENDI
To ring the festivities with Shendi, Maya gave us major bridal inspiration with a lehnga-choli that was a work of art. Made with Korean Raw Silk, net sleeves and a net dupatta, the lehnga was infused with resham, tilla and fine gotta work, whereas the choli was embellished with pearls, sequins, and gotta handwork. The craftsman of the ensemble was impeccable.
RECEPTION
After going on a colour spree, Maya looked like a vision in a white net Sari and paired it with a shamoz silk blouse that was adorned with pearls, resham and tilla work, keeping up with the modern and traditional vibes.
