Mushk episode 20 opened a new chapter last night, one that will take us to the end of everything and the way they should end. Most of what we saw last night covered the main tracks; love is finally brewing between Adam and Guddi because of how Adam’s perspective has changed towards Guddi and all that she’s been through in life. We were probably living for these stolen moments between these two love birds because of the newness and beginning of love. I really loved the way Adam conducted himself around Guddi, the anxiousness between them has been replaced with a comfort zone that probably neither of them had ever known before.
In Mushk episode 20 we also saw Shayan’s conscience is putting up a fight with him to take control of his life while Mehek is heart broken over what she witnessed. Now I really hope that these two come up strong soon or dear God save me! Apart from that, Chota Malik (Hassan Bilal) is now in the picture and in full swing. He’s ready to avenge his wife and the way she’s kept him bed ridden for the longest time because of his abusive and toxic behaviour. Musk episode 21 promo’s have been perturbed though. What’s Guddi done?
LOVE MAKES WAY: ADAM & GUDDI
Adam went on this journey to help Mehek find her destination, however he came back with a change of heart and probably found himself in everything that transpired. After learning of the hardships in Guddi’s life, Adam couldn’t help but empathize with Guddi and realized that there was much more to her than what meets the eye. And we saw the tension ease between these two with a new feeling blossoming within this “new found likeness” towards Guddi. I like how Guddi was more than willing to save Adam and be there for him just like he’s been there for everyone, so their conversation in the doorway was a meaningful one and Guddi is willing to give herself a chance with Adam.
Imran Ashraf and Urwa Hocane have been sparking fireworks for their onscreen chemistry since episode 1, therefore we really were thrilled to watch these come together, two people tied in an unspoken bond, afraid but willing to find out more about each other, which was extremely sweet. It was about time that both Adam and Guddi deserved to be in their own space and be there for each other since they are somewhat the same people but in different positions and circumstances.
MEHEK & SHAYAN
These two are still in two different zones and we still can’t get over the fact that Mehek did not want to find out why Shayan betrayed her. So she’s back lamenting and regretting everything. Thank god she has Munna though, who himself is a such a star performer and might I say, better than Momal Sheikh because he clearly out shined her. Shayan on the other hand is feeling pumped up after he hit rock bottom (when he signed the nikkah paper). And his conversation with Muqaddar Khan was a highlight point because clearly Muqaddar Khan is feeling the after effects of his decision of marrying his minor child to a grown man. And somehow Shayan has come out as the hero on the top and if that’s how he’s going to be, then it’s ABOUT TIME!
CHOTA MALIK IS BACK ON HIS FEET
What has Guddi done and how is this going to haunt her is what we’re going to see next in Mushk. Hassan Bilal really did creep me out with his appearance and he’s not going to play it safe. The manipulative, abusive, alcoholic and womanizer of a husband whom Zulekha wanted to get rid off, we’re anticipating her reaction to this calamity.
SIDDYSAYS CONCLUDES MUSHK EPISODE 20
Mushk episode 20 clearly belonged to Adam and Guddi opening a new chapter in their lives with Munna and Hassan Bilal taking second leads for making this episode a winner. Having Dada Jee being an absentee character in Mushk always has me perturbed. Hmmm!
