Dil-e-Momin is that one show that has managed to find the balance between being entertaining and thought provoking at the same time. There are so many moments in the show where you are able to relate to a situation or you take away something from it. It combines high school romance and a mature love story where two people have known each other all their lives. Safe to say that the makers and 7th Sky have another blockbuster with superb performances under their belt.

Maya’s friends are worried for her
In today’s episode, Maya’s friends ask Momin if he has heard from Maya but he tells them he hasn’t. They show up to her place and convince her to come back to college. Maya tells them she won’t come back neither will she appear in the exams.
Fakhar is a pervert
Ashi’s fiancé is a man of bad character. He is spotted by Momin’s mother and his sister’s in-laws harassing a young girl while they are out shopping. He misbehaves with them which leads to a tussle between Momin’s sister’s fiancé and Fakhar. Momin’s mother intervenes and Fakhar thanks her for coming to her aid since she is ‘family’.Fari asks her mother what did he mean by that but she doesn’t tell her daughter how she knew Fakhar.
Ashi blames her mother for not supporting her
Ashi has become bitter. She tells her mother that she has saved her marriage by staying quiet but she has weakened her relationship with Ashi in doing so.
Maya doesn’t want to get married
Maya’s mother mentions a prospective suitor for Maya but she doesn’t want to hear anything. She threatens to leave the house if she has so many problems with her.
Ashi is irked and irritated by Fakhar
Fakhar calls Ashi and wants her to talk to him. He says she didn’t even answer his calls in the night. That’s when she learns that it was Fakhar who was calling her so late, further upsetting her.
Ashi has a message for Momin’s mother
Momin’s mother visits Ashi’s place to talk about Fakhar. Ashi tells her to tell Momin to keep waiting for a miracle while she might not live long enough to be with anyone.Jameel arrives then and tells Momin’s mother to not come to their place anymore since all she does is talk about him.
Momin seeks guidance from the imam
Momin talks to the imam about Maya’s situation. He advises him to apologize to her because that’s the only way to be closer to Allah.
