ASP Arsalan Plans To Visit His Family
ASP’s father calls him asking about his visit to home as his sister is getting married. He wants ASP
to meet the groom and his family. ASP inquires whether her sister Sidra is happy with the proposal
or not. His father tells him that her mother had spoken about the proposal with Sidra and she is
convinced. ASP is happy and relieved to hear this and asks them to go ahead. He says as of now
they will confirm the proposal but keep the wedding later on. ASP wants to surprise her sister so
he tells his father to keep the news of his arrival a secret.
ASP Arsalan Attends Race For New Police Recruits
Asghar (Mazhar Suleman) is a bit concerned about what will happen behind ASP Arsalan’s short
leave. He has doubts that Meeral (Usman Javed) will try his level best to get Mukhtara (Adeel
Afzal) out of jail. ASP Arsalan calms him down and informs him that he has had a word with
Inspector Ramazan of Shortcot police station and the judicial court about the extension of
Mukhtara’s remand. He further says that he has complete faith in his force that they will take care
of the proceedings in his absence. Kudan Maseeh (Asad Mumtaz) tells ASP Arsalan that a race is
being organized to recruit newcomers to the police force. ASP’s presence is awaited to start the
proceedings.
ASP Arsalan Meets Sassi
Sassi (Hiba Bukhari) is upset about ASP’s departure. ASP says that this meet-up with his family is
very important. ASP alerts Sassi that she should take care of herself in his absence. ASP
encourages her that she is such a brave lady in this vicinity and she has to stand up for herself
whatever may be the situation. But Sassi feels helpless without him, ASP is a big hope not for her
but for Jhok Sial. ASP says goodbye with a promise that he will come back soon.
Unknown Goons Attack ASP Arsalan
Asghar and Kudan Maseeh ask ASP to let them accompany him to his city with the squad. ASP
refuses to do this and feels that if a police officer is worried about his own safety in his jurisdiction
then he should resign from the job. Late at night, some knocks at his compartment, he calls his
officer Majeed but he doesn’t respond. A group of unknown men attack ASP and try to kill him.

Episode 19 of Jhok Sarkar was an emotional and intriguing ride. There was lots of drama, lots of
revelations and conspiracies that kept the momentum going. The protagonist Farhan Saeed gave
his best shot and made the proceedings crisp and entertaining. Besides being a tough guy, we got
to see his emotional connection with his family and his love interest Sassi. Farhan not just plays
ASP Arsalan he inhibits him. The understanding with which he excels and performs in every frame
is simply commendable. Will ASP survive the brutal attack?
