The renowned drama series “Shikaar” within the realm of Green Entertainment made a lasting
impression on its audience. Under the direction of Abdul Ahad, it received widespread praise for its
inventive narrative and approach.
Featuring Faisal Qureshi, a seasoned actor, who fearlessly embraced a contemporary and
unconventional character. Pakistani Bakhtawar would flip the world upside down out of
overprotective and intense love for his brother.
The drama began with Bakhtawar, who appeared to be part of a gang, entering a dimly lit area
where an old man was tied to a truck, presumably lifeless. Bakhtawar took a seat, and shortly
thereafter, Jahanzeb Khan, portraying Ronaq, arrived. He informed Bakhtawar about a mistake that
had occurred, which infuriated Bakhtawar, leading him to shoot Ronaq twice.
Ronaq’s friends rushed to his side and transported him to the hospital. The drama then transitioned
to flashbacks from the past, interspersed with scenes occurring in the hospital at that time. One by
one, Ronaq’s grandfather and his friends had arrived at the hospital, offering each other comfort
while shedding tears.
Finally, Pari arrived at the hospital and consoled Ronaq’s grandfather. However, Jibran, blaming her
for his condition, threatened her to kill her if doesn’t go, causing Pari to cry even harder.
The flashbacks showed Ronaq as a dedicated and upright director. He approached his work with
utmost seriousness, consistently engrossed in creative ideas, alongside his writer and love interest,
Pari.
Ronaq had been in search of investors to continue his project, working with a passionate team of
individuals from diverse backgrounds, including actors, writers, poets, and more.
In a flashback, Rasheed had brought an investor to Ronaq. Ronaq and his entire team met with the
investor, and the entry of Asad Siddique, playing the role of Sajawal, marked the occasion. Sajawal
invited them to a dinner for further discussions.
During the dinner, as Ronaq conversed with Sajawal, an unsettling feeling crept over him due to
Sajawal’s cryptic communication style. Initially, Ronaq attempted to distance himself from the
situation. However, Rasheed later offered reassurance, suggesting that Ronaq was merely
overthinking and misjudging the situation.
Subsequently, Rasheed approached Sajawal to inquire about his intentions. Sajawal, craftily
concealing his true motives, continued to use enigmatic language. Nevertheless, Rasheed,
assuming he had grasped the underlying message, commended Sajawal as a good person.
The show’s emotional richness was particularly striking, as it led viewers on a gripping emotional
journey in an unforgettable scene.
