After a year spent social distancing from our own wardrobes, it’s time to let our clothes come out of our wardrobes. Restaurants have open (outdoor dining) but soon they will open completely so let’s get ready to dress like a complete fashionista! The daily positivity rate has also decreased to new levels so we think it’s the right time to prepare ourselves to turn the heads around. Let us give you some ideas of how to dress stylishly this summer!
PASTEL TONES
The color of this season, oh no, the color of this year is pastel tones. opt for mint greens to soft lavender and you are bound to make a fashion statement. All the lawn dresses this summer have been in the pastel colors. These sorbet-inspired colors are the perfect option for summer and they suit a wide variety of skin tones.
LONG DRESSES
Long, beautiful, flowy dresses and these fun sundresses in this warm weather can be your best friends. They are not too tight, breathable in this humid weather and can be worn everywhere. These dresses are available in soft denim and cotton with florals or even solids and patterns to look comfortable yet chic.
OVER SIZED SUN GLASSES
A good pair of sunnies give dimension to your face and this year we are not really seeing the same old designs being repeated, but more of a recreation of those designs from the the 70’s to 2000’s in huge sizes. We think its a great mix of novelty and statement making looks to add some glam to your look.
YELLOW BAGS
Usually, we have a particular style of handbags that becomes a fashion statement but this time around it’s a color of hand bag that is in vogue. And the color is YELLOW! These bags have taken over the runways and the streets of Milan and Paris. Choose a small clutch to spice up an outfit or find a mustard tote for your daily needs. There are so many shades to choose from that suit your taste, and they look incredible when paired with other vibrant hues or a monochromatic ensemble.
FRINGES
Taking a risk and going to a party? Well, if you are taking a risk then how about do it with full panache? Let your handbag do the talking! This season, one of the biggest looks we’ve seen is the fringing on the bags. Let the tassels dangle close to the fabric or watch them almost hit the floor for maximum impact – the over-the-top design is sure to turn some heads and keep you feeling chic. Choose from a leather fringe or shearling – you can rock this piece any season, and make it work for almost any event.
WIDE LEG TROUSERS
Anything wide is in fashion! Simple! Be it High-waisted ’80s-style office trousers, wide-leg jeans or cropped culottes- it’s all in vogue! And no no, you won’t give a tomboy look, on the contrary you would turn quite a few heads.and just to make you feel good lately Kate Middelton has been wearing wide leg trousers in her latest appearances.
