Food quality
The most important thing in any restaurant is the quality of food. How it is cooked, what ingredients are used, we even notice how the meat is cut. Even though the food at both places was fresh, Bamboo Union did serve us fish that was fried without being completely thawed (which left a frozen centre…yikes). They were nice enough to change the dish but it just so happens to give TRB a lead over them in quality (which btw is based on just our experience). The Rice Bowl: 3, Bamboo Union 1.5
