Favorite Health Food: Definitely has to be salad. I’ve discovered that there are many different kinds of recipes for salads being offered in different eateries all over Pakistan so having salads isn’t boring at all.
Morning Routine Essentials: I have grapefruit juice every morning because the sugar content in grapefruit is not high and it cuts fat as well. I also incorporate cinnamon, chia and flax seeds into my morning meals on a regular basis.
