Dil-e-Momin’s plot continues to get interesting with every episode. There’s a lot of drama and emotionally charged scenes which make the show interesting and watchable.
Shahzad tells his family about Ashi’s decision
Shahzad comes home and tells his family that Ashi’s marriage with Fakhar is happening with her approval. Upon hearing this, Momin is devastated. He goes to meet Ashi who doesn’t tell anyone that she said yes to Fakhar to save her parents’ marriage. She tells Momin to keep waiting for his miracle because it is too late.
Momin is sad but pulls himself together
Shahzad feels bad that he couldn’t do anything for his son but Momin promises him that he will never cry about his lost love again.
Fari and Aini realize their mistake
While they are out shopping, Aini spots Gohar in the market. She tells Fari about it who realizes she has made a mistake. She sent Waleed after the wrong guy.
Maya talks to Momin’s mother
Maya wants to know why Momin hasn’t come to university. She calls him but his mother picks up the phone. Not knowing who is on the other side, Maya tells him how she was worried for him and how he doesn’t think about her. Momin’s mother asks him who that is to which he says it’s a mad girl.
Maya wants Momin to meet her mother
Maya’s mother tells her she should invite the man he wants to marry for dinner. Maya tells that to Momin which angers him. He tells her is isn’t an ornament that her mother can buy for her.
Faisal Qureshi was the standout performer in the episode. He really brings Momin’s sadness, heartbreak, and anguish. Momin is one of his best performances to date.
