Dil-e-Momin continues to be one of the most watched shows on television right now. Fans and audiences are loving the drama and intensity of the show. While we are happy that Ashi is not marrying Fakhar anymore, there is an air of uncertainty that’s hanging in the air. It’s a situation where things can fall apart with one confusion. There’s Fakhar who’s being a scorned sleazebag and won’t step back from Ashi’s way and then there’s Maya who is delusional, spoiled, entitled and refuses to listen to Momin and follows him around in the university. Momin gets in a tussle with Fakhar
While Ashi and Fari are out shopping, Fakhar shows up and starts making lewd comments about Ashi. Momin arrives at the scene just then and takes the two women away. Just then, Fakhar accuses Ashi of talking to him on the phone on several nights just to get in his head. This leads to a scuffle which ends with mall security breaking up the fight.
Jamil wants Ashi to marry Momin soon
Jamil tells Aansa he doesn’t trust Fakhar and knows he will try to create problems for Ashi and Momin. That’s why he wants the two of them to get married as soon as possible.
Aansa talks to Momin about the incident
Aansa tells Momin that Fakhar was lying and Ashi never entertained his calls. He tells her he knows the kind of girl Ashi is and he trusts her too much to believe the words of a stranger. He says the important bit here is if Ashi trusts Momin.
Momin brings Ashi’s favorite garlands
He drops by on his way home to assure Ashi that he isn’t thinking about what Fakhar said. Their bond is based on trust first before anything else.
Gohar congratulates Momin
When Maya refuses to listen to Gohar, he stops Momin and congratulates him for his engagement. Momin tells them he likes to keep his personal and professional life private.
Maya comes in front of Momin again
Maya challenges Momin that he will have to accept her love. She says she will kill whoever comes in their way. He tells her will file a complaint about her to the university administration but she refuses to back down and tells him she will keep coming after him.
The show is doing a great job of talking about fragile egos and one-sided love that can ruin people’s lives. It is apparent that Maya can’t take no for an answer and is ready to sacrifice her self-respect and integrity just to be with Momin even though he has told her a million times he isn’t interested. Same goes for Gohar who can’t stay from Maya and continues to be insulted by him.
