LIMIT CARBOHYDRATES IN YOUR DIET
Limiting carbohydrates does not mean cutting them out of your diet completely. Carbohydrates contain nutrients that your body does need and crave; most of the time when you completely cut carbs out you will feel lethargic and even a little depressed. Limit your intake by having carbs earlier in the day and in smaller portions. Avoid carbs with your evening snack and dinner. Additionally, shift to good carbs like whole wheat as compared to white flour and rice.
