Since the pandemic so much has evolved putting us in a digital lock down (so to speak) and with that the coveted Lux Style Awards 2020 also opted for a virtual show as we reel in a global crisis. To ensure safety and practice social distancing, all the winners were chosen through an online voting system to appreciate and recognize the talented people in fashion, film, music and television.
The Lux Style Awards 2020 will be showcased next online, however the winners were announced today and we’re sharing the list here with you so you can spot your favourite artists, actors and designers in the Lux Style Awards 2020 winners list.

MODEL OF THE YEAR, MALE
This is Hasnain Lehri’s 5th Lux Style Award. Previously he won the award for the male model of the year from 2015-2018.

Losing one of our finest models, Zara Abid was an extremely tragic loss and therefore she was awarded for her hard work posthumously.

Mere Pass Tum Ho hit the Pakistani nation in all the right places and tackled such a sensitive subject, we’ll applaud the actors for giving such amazing performances.
BEST PLAY DIRECTOR
Kashif Nisar for Ranjha Ranjha Kardi is a remarkable win and the way with which he dealt with projecting the plot, this was also a good win.
BEST PLAY WRITER
We’re glad that Faiza Iftikhar won for Ranjha Ranjha Kardi because the drama was more about physical disability, marital rape, complex family situations and the things that we do for love.
BEST TV ACTOR, CRITICS CHOICE
Zahid Ahmed’s win for Ishq Zah-e-Naseeb was something we definitely had forseen.

Iqra Aziz is a fire cracker on screen and the award for her role in Ranjha Ranjha Kardi is a exceptional win.

Imran Ashraf is a powerful actor and the prowess with which he played Bhola in Ranjha Ranjha Kardi will always be remembered.
