Research suggests that a ‘one hour work’ out is necessary for anyone aspiring for a healthy lifestyle. You can choose to be active in any form that you like be it running, skipping, targeted exercising or even a dance fitness class.
It is very easy to become unhealthy sitting all day at the office from 9-6 and with barely any physical movement, our bodies can become dull and tired. For a healthy lifestyle, our generation MUST take out time and focus specifically on revitalizing and regulating our internal systems through exercise. My personal favorite one hour work out is running 60 minutes a day. To make my run more exciting and honestly, sometimes just to pass the time, I have made the one hour workout playlist containing up-beat tracks ranging from pop music, trance, old school and more.
All you have to do now is to plug in your headphones, press play and start your daily exercise.
